During the first 4 weeks of the season, players will participate in a mix of basketball skill development drills and 3-on-3 games, led by an RCBA Master Coach. These sessions are designed to maximize engagement, learning, and ball touches for every player.
After the first 4 weeks, teams transition into a 4-on-4 game format. This division does not use standard 5-on-5 basketball.
Scores are recorded during games but are not displayed. This approach keeps the focus on development, learning, and enjoyment rather than competition.
Teams are formed primarily by zone, with efforts made to keep players from the same school together when possible.
Please include any nights players are not available during registration so we can place them accordingly.
